              ABS-Traveling Board Form to print out the application.  Election Board must be able to contact voter to schedule a mutually agreed time for a bi-partisan team to deliver voting equipment to voter and provide assistance.

  • If voting by email or fax: April 27, 2026

**If an overseas voter has never lived in Indiana, they are not eligible to vote in Indiana. 
 Application Deadlines:

  • Vote by Mail (FPCA): April 23, 2026 by 11:59pm
  • Vote By Email/Fax and Register or Change Registration: April 27, 2026
  • Vote by Email/Fax: May 4, 2026 by Noon 

What Form Do I use? 

This form can be used by all Military and Overseas Citizens and their Family Members. It is a standard combined form that allows you to register to vote and apply for an absentee ballot. It allows you to choose to vote by email, fax or mail and is valid for both the 2026 Primary and General Elections.
